1. Who We Are
Rebound is a mobile application for ACL rehabilitation developed and operated by SC MUSINOX ASSET MANAGEMENT S.R.L., a company registered in Romania ("we", "us", or "our"). Contact us at contact@rebound.zone.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rebound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SC MUSINOX ASSET MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Rebound. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You also confirm that:
- You are using Rebound in connection with an ACL reconstruction surgery or pre-operative preparation for one
- You are under the care of a surgeon or physiotherapist, or have access to clinical support during your rehabilitation
- You have read and acknowledged the medical disclaimer provided in the app and on rebound.zone
Rebound is designed to support patients who are under clinical supervision. It is not intended for unsupervised use without any form of healthcare oversight.
4. What Rebound Is - and Is Not
Rebound is a rehabilitation support tool. It provides structured, evidence-based guidance to help you follow your ACL rehabilitation programme independently, day to day.
Rebound is not a medical device. It does not constitute medical advice. It does not replace the assessment, guidance, or treatment of your surgeon or physiotherapist. Always follow your surgeon's and physiotherapist's instructions. If your surgeon or physiotherapist has given you restrictions, specific exercises, or a protocol that differs from anything in the app, their guidance takes priority at all times.
If you experience unexpected pain, swelling, instability, or any other concerning symptoms, stop using the app and contact your healthcare provider.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@rebound.zone if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Inaccurate onboarding data (such as the wrong surgery date, graft type, or surgeon restrictions) will result in an incorrect programme being served and may affect your recovery outcomes.
6. Pricing and Payment
Rebound is available as a one-time purchase. The price is displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in accordance with their respective payment terms. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription entitlements. We do not process or store your payment information directly.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their standard refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support through your device or account settings.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Rebound for any purpose other than your own personal ACL rehabilitation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
9. Intellectual Property
All content in Rebound - including the rehabilitation programmes, exercise descriptions, assessment protocols, guidance text, and design - is owned by SC MUSINOX ASSET MANAGEMENT S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your own devices for your own rehabilitation. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data, including health data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Rebound, you consent to this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rebound is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that following the programme will result in a full recovery or return to sport. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the nature of your injury, your adherence to the programme, and your clinical care.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SC MUSINOX ASSET MANAGEMENT S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rebound, including but not limited to injury, re-injury, loss of income, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rebound shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under EU consumer protection law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Rebound after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
